		<description>Have you noted the government loan of $500+MM to Fisker Automotive for an electric car plant (former GM, now Government controlled, sold for a paltry $18MM) in Delaware (VP Biden&#039;s home state). Fisker is owned by Kleiner Perkins. So if this works KP gets the upside and if it fails the US taxpayer gets the loss. And, of course, who is a partner at KP? Al Gore. This is ridiculous.</description>
